Religious roots run deep in Beaver -- Mormon colonizers founded the city of Beaver in the early Spring of 1856. A settlement party from Parowan arrived in the area and work began on an irrigation ditch and the construction of a few modest frame homes. By summer's end, the fledgling settlement was taking shape and Beaver was established.
Today, a majority of our citizens sustain the religious beliefs of their forefathers. However, Beaver is also home to citizens of different faiths. In support of our residents and visitors to Beaver City, the addresses and meeting shedule of Beaver's Houses of Worship are presented below.
